Celebrating How We Experience and Sustain our Watersheds Through Film
RRNW is seeking documentary style films that are entertaining, educational, and inspirational. Films should not be commercial in nature. Submitted films should acknowledge the many disciplines, perspectives of the river or watershed restoration industry, watershed stakeholders, and river users. We are encouraging films that focus on the theme of Changing Course: The challenges we face, and the measures we take, to adapt to the critical changes looming in our climate, political, and social systems.
Run times of 10 minutes or less per film is preferred, with a maximum length of 20 minutes.
The film submission deadline is organized into three tiers:
Early Bird Deadline ($12): January 21, 2019
Regular Deadline ($16): February 20th, 2019
Late Deadline ($20): March 12th, 2019
This year we have added a new amateur filmmaker environmental short category! Visit our site on Film Freeway for more information.
