Become a Sponsor

The symposium organizers invite your organization or company to participate as a sponsor or supporter. There are two ways to support the symposium.

Financial Sponsors -- Firms who can help underwrite event costs and scholarships are invited to become financial sponsors. They will receive display space at the symposium, recognition in the program, and may be eligible for free conference registrations, depending on their contribution level. Scholarships are awarded to students and employees of non-profit organizations (such as watershed councils). For a list of financial sponsors from the the 2004 Symposium click here.

Sponsorship levels include:

1. Gold Sponsorship -- $1400 (includes two registrations, recognition on symposium web site and program, and free table display space)
2. Silver Sponsorship -- $1000 (includes one registration, recognition on symposium web site and program, and free table display space)
3. Bronze Sponsorship -- $600 (includes recognition on symposium web site and program and free table display space)

Sponsors will be acknowledged on the website as soon as funds are received. Sponsor payments must be received by December 30 in order to guarantee acknowledgement on the website and in the symposium program.

If your sponsorship includes free registrations, please include the names of the intended recipients. In addition, please email our webmaster (webmaster@rrnw.org) with your organization logo and a short (75 word) descriptive paragraph about your services and goals. We will add this information to the program and website. Thanks for supporting the symposium -- your contribution will help make the program a success!

Agency and Educational Supporters -- We also welcome support from agencies and non-profit organizations who are not able to become financial sponsors but would like to show their endorsement of the symposium goals. These groups may wish to make in-kind contributions to the symposium (such as raffle prizes or printing costs) and can receive display space at the symposium and recognition in the symposium program and website.
