Governance RRNW has three classes of Directors: - Board of Sustaining Directors - Up to nine directors are elected to serve three-year terms. Sustaining Directors provide executive leadership, elect Officers, and vote on Regional Director nominations provided by Members.
- Officers - Four regular officer positions are served by Sustaining Directors, who serve one-year terms on a rotating basis.
- Regional Directors - Nominated by Members and elected to three-year terms by Sustaining Directors. Regional Directors represent the interests of members in their region and extend
RRNW-sponsored activities such as local meetings and field trips to RRNW members in their region.
Elections are conducted at the Annual Board of Directors and Members meetings, which are held coincident with the RRNW Stream Restoration Design Symposium. |
