Information for Presenters

This page contains links to some good information to help you help us make the Symposium go smoothly and create the highest quality conference possible. If you are presenting, please download and review these articles:

RRNW Speaker Presentation Guidelines

  • Due to the short time slot, only one presenter is allowed.
  • While a confidence monitor is provided for you to be able to view your PowerPoint slides, ‘presenter view’ with notes is NOT available.
  • PowerPoint slides should be in the 16:9 format for projection. In addition, content on slides (e.g., text, photos, and animations) should not overlap, so that your presentation can be PDFed and shared on the RRNW website after the Symposium.
